Refund policy

If you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition, you can contact our customer support via email at support@thecasecompany.in or on call on +917428943319 (9:30AM-4:30PM, MONDAY - FRIDAY). You will have to email us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos. Once approved, the product will be replaced for free. Our products are customised on order, and the replacement will be shipped in 1-3 days.
