Please note that providing inaccurate information voids eligibility for exchanges or returns. Consequently, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly selected items, sizes, or models.

Items that go through our store after payment are finalized and are eligible for exchange only when the product arrives at your doorstep in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition.
Products being exchanged must be intact, unused and should be sent back in the original packaging.
You will be asked to confirm all details before return, the size, model and other specifications of the product. Incorrect sizes, designs that have been voluntarily ordered cannot be exchanged. Please click on the following google form link to submit request for exchange.
To opt for exchange contact fill the form within 24 hours of receiving the product. Items received for exchange is inspected to assure if it’s qualified for return.
Once you have placed your order with us, you are responsible for all return shipping costs with reference to the same tracking number as per the order.
As per our return policy, you are completely responsible for the shipping cost on returning products to us.
